okay putting together xmt racing's monster truck ...I had to replace second steering servo, it was one of the parts missing. I also had to replace receiver, manual says 3 channels, but I have 2 steering servo, throttle, and power from battery... so how do you put 4 wires into a receiver with 3 plug areas? I know I am missing something simple, but all the wires where gone except the on / off switch which I had to replace also (it was bad)
Thanks

You need a y-connentor between the steering servos.

Agreed regarding the y connecter

yep Y connector is needed

What about a long stick to turn it?

A W-connector, cut in half with a straight servo wire soldered to the bottom of one half of the W. It would look like a Y when you finished.

Or you can use the @Rolex solution: Put it on a shelf and not drive it and bring down only to wax and polish...
