Second Gear Not Kicking In On Forza Exceed HELP PLZZ

Ok so I have a forza exceed only had it for about 3 months only ran about 2 liters though it. Its been sitting most of the time since I had to order parts for it. But I just got my spur gears in today I put the them in and only touch the screw for taking the clutch off never touched the screw for when second gear kicks in all I did was change the spur gears because they where stripped. but when I put everything back together second didn't kick in at all and I ran about 2 tanks though it and nothing maybe I have to adjust when it kicks in idk it worked before I took everything apart. Does any one have any ideas on why my second gear is not working besides adjusting the screw for when it kicks in I can't try that till tomorrow because it is to dark out PLZ HELP ME

Try the simple solutions first. You probably need to retune your engine. Then adjust the second gear shift point if the problem persists. The engine needs to reach a certain RPM point before the 2nd gear engages. If you're engine is not reaching the RPMs needed to shift, it's probably not tuned for optimal performance

when I was running it yesterday it was running at a high rpm and everything is tuned like I said before everything was good till I took apart the tranny and put it back together but I will try setting when the clutch kicks in when ever it stops raining here I live in ny we don't get the best weather here

I fixed it it was still doing it again today so I took it apart the clutch was working just had it backwards
