savage os .21

[savage 4x4]

i have a savage os .21 and it landed upside down in a puddle of water. i haven't tried to crank it but the remote will not work when i try to turn the wheels or give it throttle. i am letting it dry out. is there anything i should do before trying to start the engine and is there anything to do about the remote.

if throttle and steering wont move you might have to replace your reciever.

As stated above, replace the receiver. Make sure your fail safe is ready. If you have to, replace your servos. If they work fine, waterproof them. Before you check your electronics, make sure all your batteries are charged.

remove your receiver and take off the cover. Blow dry it and you might be able to save it.
