i have read a lot of good things about the savage truck but want to know more about the truck (.25) strong points and weak points compared to the t-maxx 3.3 model 4809?

can i please get some feed back iam looking to trade my 3.3 t-maxx for a savage .25 good idea?:\

I haven't had a 3.3 Maxx to give you a direct comparisson. If the Savage is in good condidition, it will out bash all previous model T-Maxxes. The weakest points are:
1. The stock steering servo is a bit on the weak side.
2. The turning radius is not as tight as the Maxx
3. Depending on if it's an early model 25 and hasn't been upgraded the diffs will need the 4-gear upgrade.

Of course there are plenty of things that can be done, those IMO are the most needed fixes.

i own both the amount of beating that the savage will stand is outstanding if you go with a t maxx arms bulkheads and reardriveshafts better be kept instock oh yeah plenty of screws to go with the spare parts .

tmaxx's break and handle like a covered wagon. Savages withstand hard driving and have several nice true strength upgrades.
