OK, well basically i decided to try to take off my wheels and basically they are rusted on.... i used some Muilti Purpose Lube and still no go.... i figured i would see if this has happened to someone else on here before, and what was done to remove the nut.... I dont know how far this might go, but i might eventually have to cut my rim off and replace the studs and lug nuts.... any ideas would be nice!

When attempting to loosen, is your wrench slipping or is it spinning on the hex? If it's spinning on the hex, the rim is already shot.

I cross threaded one once... got a bit over zealous with a drill and a nut driver. It spun the wheel hex, so I couldn't get any bite on it and ended up just cutting the center of the wheel out with a dremel.

Actually, it was the first time i went to take the wheels off, I didnt know that on the left side of the truck its loosey tighty lol, i can't believe they designed the truck to be like that... but i stripped the one lug nut, so tomorrow I'm going to try to get a socket on it, and I'm about to order 4 of each side lug nut because i have to order 4 of either side lol.

Replacement parts is importent - Things happen.
About the locknut pull hard and replace damaged nuts - it's the cheapest solution.

Perfect example of RTFM.
The wheel nuts are designed like that for a reason, otherwise the wheel nuts will back out and you will lose your wheels in the middle of a run.

What's stupid is that on my t-maxx, revo and 2wd vehicles that all have normal threads on both sides of the rig do not come loose any more frequently than the savage ones. What's even a bit more stupid is that the HPI 17mm hex/flange nuts are all normal thread. So, I had to buy two new axles stubs to run the 17mm hubs.

UPDATE:

So as i was spinning my front tires, i notice the one with the stripped nut was wobbling... i kept thinking to myself why is it wobbling!!!! Then all of a sudden it just fell off lol.... basically i must of lubed it up enough that maybe the lub softened the plasitc rims and when i was trying to loosen it(but was tightening it due to design flaws) i must of pinched the hole in the rim enough that it is oversized and went over the nut... so i got the nut off now lol, but now i need a rim unless i can fit a washer... but I'm leaning towards rims now :( i liked the stock ones!!!!

Beat the Sh*t out of your rim to get it small and heat that sucker up with the blow torch. Or you can use some man power.
