My ears were burning....
If it's getting off the line okay, and running good at 1/4 and 1/2 throttle, DON'T mess with the LSN.
If it's dying at WOT, it's a HSN issue. Get it running, and get it up to temp. Then put the nose against a step or cinder block so it can't move forward.
Pull the trigger, and as soon as it starts to bog, let off. If it kind of blubbers, lean the HSN. If it just cuts out, richen it.
Don't hold the trigger long, just enough to make it push at a quick WOT. You want it to work hard, but you don't want to overheat your clutch or slipper.
Always give it about 30 seconds or so to 'settle' in to the new settings by idling while you give it short little blips.
If you get the blubbering at WOT and start to lean it, and it doesn't improve, go in the other direction. If you still can't get a satisfactory result, it's more than likely that there's an air leak somewhere in the loop.
Adding the new pipe could also be part of the problem. If you have the option to shorten or lengthen the pipe connection, that affects either the low end or the WOT.
If you can't get it tuned by the above method, put your stock pipe back on just to see how it will behave. If you still have the same problem, or it cures the problem, let us know.
