How much would it cost to convert nitro into electric and what size spur gear and pinion gearing.

Nitro RS4's sell readily on eBay, you'd probably get the most value selling it and getting a "natively" electric RS4, or a different car entirely. You may very well wind up spending as much on the conversion.

RS4 Parts of any kind are pretty pricey now due its being discontinued and the remaining stocks drying up, and are only going to get more expensive.

For a conversion like you describe, you'd need an electric motor mount adapted to your car, a single-speed transmission, the means to adapt it to mount a battery & ESC instead of a fuel tank... it exists, but you're be chasing down a lot of hard to find parts.

☝️ Agreed. Unless its something you just really want to do its often much easier to sell the nitro and buy an electric. The cost while maybe or maybe not as high as the cost of another kit can and often does get quite pricey, not to mention the availability of thos eparts as Tudor mentioned.
