I had gotten a bad rpm bumper for my rc18t, it looks like it was molded wrong:
here is their letter to me, after I sent some digital pics in of it:
I have an answer for you. First, let me say thank you for the excellent, very clear photos. They helped dramatically in trying to figure out what happened. The problem is, for some unknown reason, one of our packagers packaged a bumper that had been molded but did not completely eject from the molding machine. The mold then closed up on that part. Unfortunately, you ended up with that part somehow. You can very clearly see the indentations on the bumper that look like the windows from the very front of the bumper. That is a problem on our end and we will get you fixed up with a brand new bumper. I've even been told you will not have to send yours in for replacement.
Here's what I need from you: First, please send me your complete shipping address so we can get a replacement bumper out to you (we'll throw in some RPM decals for your troubles too). Next, could you please see if you can find the packaging for that bumper? All I need is some information off of the inspection tag that came with that bumper. It should be a colored slip of paper with the words "Packaged by: " and then some initials. Could you please tell me those initials as well as the color of that slip of paper? If you don't have it, we'll still get a replacement bumper out to you but it would be helpful to find out who it was that packaged that part.
I apologize on behalf of RPM for this problem and we'll do our best to rectify this problem. Take care and I hope you have a great day!

I got the info they wanted and sent to them. This is an awesome company. Now I got to find some more stuff from them to buy!
bravo RPM!
Just thought you guys would like to know about them!
