Yeah I noticed the shock as well. I wasn't sure if it was a Nikko or old school Tamiya.

It's a Nikko High Roller (with a broken shock) I remember them from when I was a kid.

yeap. Nikko High Roller Camaro. and the shock isn't broken it's just popped apart. there's nothing holding them together so they can hyper extend. the rear shocks on the other hand have broken off. i have a fix and the shocks so one day ill fix it.
it also has an old HPI radio (radio that came with the nitro RS4 2) an LRP runner plus ESC (i think it's still in there), a metal gear Hitec servo, and the stock motor. it's fully driveable, but the steering does need work.

Its ok to not 'win'.
If you put lots of work in your car like we all have, you should be proud! Show everyone all your hard work.
Winning isn't the point really.

I like seeing everyone's rides. I can't really vote on them all so I pick a few and see who wins.

Some day I'm be entering some of mine too!

The car is more than 3 times my age

I had to dremel quite a bit for the .25 to fit in the .15 stand. Other then that, I'm glad I didn't have to change anything at all, so it still looks very original. Just a bit rusty but that's OK

My youngest 1:1 car is graduating from college this year. I love vintage. But, if there is a chance I can win, it won't be this month. A ninja knows when to fight, and when not to fight.
Besides, it helps to enter early. I was 3 hours late this time.
This was meant to compliment fstnd.
