  1. Bashing
So I went for a bash today. All went well until..... I was playing on a giant hill on a construction site. After a few runs I got a little carried a way and went down to fast. The truck did a cart wheel from about half way down. It flipped violently for about 30 ft then landed on the wheels. I eased on the throttle and took off like normal. After that I tried to punch the throttle and it reved high for a couple secs before it went. If I ease on the throttle it goes fine. If I punch it it revs. Could it be clutch problems? It's a tmaxx with a pro .15

Sounds like you haven't ever messed with the spur.
If you still use the stock tank you will need to pull the 4 mount screws out of it so you can move the tank for easier access to the slipper/spur.

New spur & friction pegs looks like this(use all 12 pegs and fill ever hole).

A damaged(melted) spur & friction pegs can look like this.(Too Loose)

To adjust the slipper:: You want it to slip under a shock load but not slip under normal driving.
Tighten the slipper nut snug then back it off 1/8~1/4 turn.

Wow man! Above and beyond in the info giving. Thanks for taking all that time. I actually just replaced it a couple weeks ago. When I did it I put the plastic post in the same spot on the new spur gear. There were only 4 of them though. 3 were set evenly around the gear. One was in between 2 of them. Could that be Part of the problem?

Tightened up. No slip now. Thanks for all the info! One last question. Should I look into getting a pack of friction pegs or a whole new slipper?

yeah the less amount of pegs you use they have more of a chance of wearing down alot quicker.. that could be the problem too.. like the picture of the spur that Nitro4910 posted.. I would check that out aswell!!! good luck and hope you get back up and running soon!!
I upgraded my classic to the 3.3 slipper clutch setup.. I think I like those better they have 3 clutch pads on it instead of the little pegs...

even if you dont want to upgrade definetly grab some more pegs

Yup most defiantly, 3 pegs will not last you long.
They come in 12 to a pack and I put all 12 in the spur every time I replace one.
Using all 12 helps the pegs & spur last longer.

You may also want to look at the Slipper friction plates and if you find they are worn or look kinda glazed(like the discolored one in pic 2)
I would replace them while you have it apart.
