you say your ez start motor wont even turn, i had the same problem and it was one of the wires that go to the ez start motor. the roll hoop is too close to the e z start motor and it sometimes rubs against the wires. eventualy it breaks it off. check to see that all your wires are well conected. But as mentioned earlier you should go pull start $15.-$20 and less stress for you and less weight on your rig.
 
Did you check the leds on the wand/ I have the same problem all I have to do is wait for the engine to cool down if hot and put a little fuel in the carb and it'll start right up. Believe me I am still in this situation with my revo and it is very fusterating the best thing to do is have the lhs take a look at it if you are new to the hobby.
