Revo throttle mod question

engine side... put the bearings in and used a ball cap.

servo side... using same ball idea for the brakes. i have some issues to work out here. mainly just getting the hole bigger in the slider. i mounted the servo on 4 plasistruct pieces i cut to fit. its snug. I'm hoping this will balance out the revo just that much more.

i bent the linkage and adjusted the servo just enough to get the perfect opening. this is smooth...

I believe I got close to three gallons through before I cooked the first servo. Second one, like I said, was a direct result of me not admitting I needed to drive and get the right servo and instead, trying to rig another mini-servo with the gearing from the original. Worked for, oh, 4 minutes!

I have yet to run it with only FOC because Tower Hobbies is taking their sweet ass time sending me my rotostart backplate, but I did use reverse on a fairly regular basis.
