I've got a bad on/off switch and stripped engine mount screws. I've got a 1/10 nitro truck where I typically get parts from this site where I bought it from: https://www.nitrorcx.com/sparepart51c08.html. However, I don't see any replacement switch and engine screws. Does anyone know where else I can buy them from? I attached some pics of them.

Switches are relatively generic. They sometimes come in a little box that fits your vehicle specifically, so you may have to crack the box open and put a new switch in it.

I usually use one with a charge jack though so I can more easily charge the 6V receiver pack (vs using alkaline AA's):

What's the screw for? Holding the engine to the base/mount? It's probably just a 3mm screw. Is it phillips or allen?

Was annoying to find phillips that would work, but remembered traxxas used to use phillips on their older stuff, so just snagged a part number for a 3x8mm phillips:

on/off switches are mostly generic in rc.. they do make several replacements...As for screw either get the size from manual or get a thread gauge and a set of calipers and measure.. you can find a machinist guide to thread sizes online to get what your calipers read to the actual size...theres single pull single throw switches is what we mostly use for on/off battery lead switch..you can spend a few cents or you can spend way MORE on a switch

The screws are for holding the 2 engine mounts to the frame. The threads look finer than the ones in the link you sent. I looked at the manual and I can't find a place that mentions why type of screw it is. This link looks the closest to it but the thread don't look fine enough: https://www.nitrorcx.com/51c00-08024.html. Maybe I'll take it to the local hardware store to see if they can match it.
