I have a redcat sumo 1/24 scale truck and it is acting up like it is wigging out but I don't know what could be causing it. Could it be the connection between the controller and the receiver? It is an older controller.

It will be going perfectly and all of a sudden it starts going back and forth and steering randomly

Sounds possibly like signal interference or a loose connection somewhere.

Check your servo. Sometime a servo shorting out can cause that.

Fresh aa batteries and try with nothing plugged into reciever but the esc. Was there a violent impact before this? Is the reciever wire damaged?
