I just replaced my stock motor with a Dynamite .12spd. It came pre cut for Asc.
My problem is that none of my old clutch parts fit. I can get the fly wheel on, bt thats it. I also purchased for a RC10TC Clutch nut adapter but that doesn't work. If someone has pictures or some info on getting thing together, please get ahold of me.

If it was cut, it should've been cut to the length of a "short shaft." Shady is right, they might have cut it too short. Also, the rc10GT clutch nut is different from the NTC3.

Finally I have some pics now of it. as well as the stock crank. The shaft does seem short but, I havent seen an actual photo of someones motor with a short shaft.

Some more pictures

The original shaft is an SG shaft so the hardware on that will not fit your new engine. You need to get the clutchnut for the NTC3 which is made for the short shaft. The RC10gt nut will not fit.

Well, got it running but not all that great. On the stock single speed clutch bell there is an a extension of sort at the end of the gear side for the bearing. I got another clutch nut that was alittle longer. I took some off the clutch bell top to make it work. the springs mount ok now but not as tight, so the clutch slips some. I gonna order the ntc3 clutch nut as well as the two speed kit. I do have to say though the motor runs smooth and fast. I havent had much experence in nitro but I have to say that I was happy with the choice I made.
