rear differential and front one-way

The one-way in the front will help keep u from rolling backwards when u spin out during a race to avoid getting in the way of another car.
 
Front one way also allows you to power through a turn as opposed to letting off and coasting through the apex. Only down side is that you lose breaking power. Essentially it's like pulling the emergency break in your real car. You'll spin out.

What Diver said is true , if you slam on the brakes you will spin out you can compensaite for this by modulating the brakes, pumping them and doing your hard braking toward the end of the straight away before you go into the turn. You can also dial out some of your brakes thru adjustment of your linkage or your radio control unit if it has the capability. But to get this setup to work for you , you will have to practice, practice.

Not if the car is set up correctly.
