Wow. This is a pretty slick setup. I'm going to try to get in on them if I can. Haven't been able to race lately and it might be fun to run these. Nice short races. Just enough to feed the addiction over the winter.

Great! More racing! Gotta get my stuff back out.

Only thing I disagree with is the grip level not being disclosed. It does give an unfair advantage to the person setting up the races since he will actually know what the grip level is pre-race and can practice accordingly.

I promise not to cheat. I don't actually know what any of the levels are off the top of my head. I basically did it as I went along and didn't really put any thought into it like I did with the summer series. I only recall that there is one race somewhere around the middle of the series where the diffrence may only be like 2 or 3 percent but I don't remember which one it is. For me to see what the levels are I have to go into the edit section of the club which I never see once the season is setup. Other than that I see the same thing everybody else does when I'm viewing the upcoming races.

Awesome! I've thought a winter series would be great, now you went and did it

Dang, my hobby area in the garage is a mess(remodeling,post/pics coming soon),I gotta get it cleaned up and find the VRC adapter.

I am in, I may miss the first couple since my surgery is scheduled for Thursday the 19th, so I may not be able to sit at my pc for a few weeks, but I will race as many as I can.

Ahhh, well I hope that goes well for ya Joe. Too bad you'll miss a couple races. This short series should prove to be pretty close. With short races, qualifying points and larger variable track conditions than we've had in the past I expect things to be mixed up quite a bit more. At least I hope.

Well I didn't forget since I didn't even know there was a winter series.

Bummer.

Don't know how I never saw this thread before this AM.

I guess I have been playing Modern Warfare 2 a little too much since it came out. LMAO

Sorry Randy, I'm having PC issues and I almost threw it out the window last night. Not that I couldn't run.. I just wasn't in the mood.

I will probably start running again next week. I should be able to sit at the pc a bit more so I can try and get my car dialed in, and get my stuff charged up and ready to go. This week will be a no go for me though unfortunitely. I have been dying to start racing again. It's just the timing was real bad for me with the start of this winter shootout series and my surgery.

I'll run. I'm not very happy about trying to race with no sound but I'll give you some competition Randy. At some point I may get my computer fixed...

FYI: I'm not mathematically eliminated :D
