Sao Paulo is a SOAB. It demands the ultimate in patience and is rather run once you get comfortable. It is hands down the best "slower is faster" track we see. Even the wide uphill left-hander coming to the line is slow.
Man you aren't kidding. I can't seem to come up with anything to take that left-hander fast. It looks like you should be able to do so, but you just can't.
My comfort level is improving after yesterdays practice session.
I'm a little pressed for time since I must get my run in by Friday. Normally I do most of my practicing on the weekend.
