How do you get it to work? I set the fuel reminder but I never get any notice.

When your offline at the main menu go to game options, then click the race tab at the top, there is a box to check if you want the announcements.

I screwed myself bad! I was in second, even with a couple bad laps, so I figured I would try and give Randy a run for the number 1 slot. Well, my dumbass picked the wrong speedway set up! I knew it the minute I started the run, it was wicked loose coming out of 1 and two and the ass end wanted to come around every lap, and did on many, but now it was too late, grrrrrrr. I was so pissed knowing had I chose my previous set up from the run before, I could have given Randy a run for his money. Oh well, I'm glad it was just practice basically.

I ran my last run at Lux. Once again,fuel mileage is my nemesis. Ran out of fuel on lap 35 and just barely got out in time to run lap 36.

You'll have to watch the official thread for accurate points standings. They are all zero now and no points will be awarded until the official results are in from the first race. The VRC site will differ from actual standings.

Lloyd has kicked off the 2010 season by logging a respectable first run.

By looking at the numbers, it appears he opted to not do a tire change.

I was going to attempt a run last night, but I still can't seem to pit without something going south. It has gotten so bad I am positive it's all in my head now. The voice tells me to refuel and I start to panic. At one point I coasted into the pit and figured I would just stop when I got to the point. Well instead I saw I wasn't going to make it so I gave it a little gas and shot past the refuel spot. I hit the space bar and instead of putting me in the pit, it put me back on the track. I went around to try again and ran out of fuel before I got halfway. LOL

Yeah I was gonna change tires but my last pit was 26 seconds, i couldnt get it to start fueling so I just said to heck with tires, was pulling to the right like crazy though at the end.
