I bought a rc18t for fun along with my nitro car but i charged and then when i tunr the car on with the remote the remote beeps and the car flips out it says the speed control needs to be set or something what do i need to do

new or is it used and if its new you need to sit down w/ the instructions, thats part of the hobby let me know if you don't have the books we'll go from there

I got it

I have this car on the side when my nitro car is in the shop but i got it to run it just needed the speed control to be reset... its a new car tho

definately the mamba brushless motors. Around $100 for any combo. Comes with motor and esc for that. There is a
4200
5400
6800
8000
4200 is the slowest and 8000 is the fastest. Most people go with the 6800 because it isnt to fast but it has lots of speed. Also, if you get the mamba you are going to want aluminum cvd's. Plastic dogbones will just snap.

To give the mamba maximum power, get a 3 cell lipo (lipoly) battery. That will make it fly! (not literally, but you know what I mean)
hope that helps
