Alright, so today is the big day! I was looking at a mini inferno for nitro and an RC18B for electric. Which one should I get?

if you like nitro go for the Mini Inferno 09. For $200 you can't beat it. If you like Electric go RC18B. The Inferno is a better bang for the buck though.

Electric has its place also. It's nice to run in most neighborhoods without getting the police called all the time. Get a brushless setup and they're faster than the nitros. I've clocked mine at about 40 MPH with a stock battery and gearing. With better gearing and a 3s LiPO they've been clocked at over 70 mph!

yeah lipo and BL is SICK!!!!!! I play with my RC18MT the most.....it's great to just walk outside at 1AM if feel like it and just drive like an animal with no traffic....I live off a main street and I'll race a car or two at night if I see one...it's a whole new way of running your rigs.....fun....and cleaner too....
