Cool section of the trail at Badrock Ridge featuring a large section of rock coated in desert varnish. It's much slicker than the surrounding raw sandstone, bringing a fun challenging to a relatively moderate incline. It's unusual to see such a large section intact, so we carefully worked our way to the top to prevent any damage or wear to the rock's surface.
