Deconstruction has begun custom cf battery plate test fit, steering Servo set up. Getting read to tear-down all and dye grey plastic parts and chassis black. Still have to test deandozing something before the green atomic aluminum full kit.

What do you think about the jx servo? I am going to put one on my kraton

This project definitely progressed much faster than my silver tomahawk Kraton.

There was not as much design and customization for the x-maxx due to the chassis/shock towers/bulkheads integration...

Are they both 1:5 scale

I have JX PDI-6221MG Servo In my daughters outcast and same going in my senton build. Can’t beat the specs for the price

I have been looking at the jx cls hv7346mg and I have inquired on replacement gears and have been told they can be purchased

The hv-7346mg has performed well in my x-bug.

The wider 13mm hexes have been the only way to widen the x-Maxx that I have seen other than finding a wheel with different offset. I love the madmax wheels though; strong, and bead locks for the win

I have been reading on the std and offset wheels and they are saying the 1/2 offset is better on bearing load. Would you know if the rovan truck front wheels have offset? They look like it in add

I like those wheels much better than the rovan.the nuts that come with them do they fit the 17mm? Are all 1:5 wheels have the small and large sides... different?
