A track has opened up about 30min from my house and I want to get into racing, So I just wanted to know is the Hyper 7 PBS platform track worthy. I know that the mill, pipe, electronics, tuning, experience, etc. all have a part in it, But I am wondering about the rolling chassis.

Is it a capable racer? or A snowballs chance in hell.

Thanks

And this is just club racing, nothing special.

it's a decent racer for the price... though the hyper 8 is a huge improvement over it. get the hyper 8 if you have the money, otherwise the 7 is still a pretty damn good buggy, durable as hell too.

Its mainly the driver dude. Drivers skills take it to the top.

Well I got the H7PBS for it's durablilty since I didnt have a track close by and getting a racing buggy wasn't a issue. I know the H8 is a better racer but I have H7.

Its mainly the driver dude. Drivers skills take it to the top.
I know but even all of Tony Stewart's diving skills couldnt help him if he was racing a Geo Metro at the Brick Yard.

Thanks.

it's more than capable.....very tough rig that's what you want as a beginner.....concentrate on keeping a cool head and not panicking when in the heat of a race and you'll have a blast.......just run what ya brung and see what tweaking you can do to the rig you already have.....

Its way good. Ozz in Houston here ran one for years and did well all the time. although he upgraded now. You have to keep in mind they raced those for OFNA in the nationals and the worlds for year. Even won the nationals at least once.
