Question about email notices of replys to topics

I have not been getting any email notices letting me know that I got a reply to a thread that I have been posting to. I used to get them all the time. The option to receive those emails is clicked. This is not a problem, but it was nice seeing when someone replied. I cannot keep track of the threads I posted to.

One thing though. I have been using the "quick reply" option at the bottom of each thread. Do I not get email notices if I use the quick reply?

Just want to know.

I haven't been getting them either, and they would always be sporadic anyway

its something with vBulletin - which is the software we use for the forum.

I'm hoping this among many other things will be fixed in the much awaited version 3.0, once 3.0 is out the site will also undergo a new face lift, along with the possibility of everyone having WebMail with RCNT added.

Hay now. I used to get some notices, but now I get none. I'm just concerned that there is something wrong. It used to work fine, but now there is nothing. Did version 2.x expire?
