Hey guys, been a while, I'm lurking but busy as all hell..

Anyways I picked up a 50 round clip for my 10-22 it's a ram-line. I know these things are hard to find. I can find 25 rounders all day long, but 50's seem hard to come by..

Does anyone know what these guys are worth? I mean like fair market price? I'm not sure if I want to get rid of it or not, but no one local will give me a straight answer, because they all want it lol...

Anywas thought I would at least share my find with you all.. and I know a lot of you guys are into firearms like I am so maybe you guys would know. 10-22's aren't my expertise..thanks as always

Here's some pics

i had some of these a while back and i bought them from that sportman catalog i think i paid like 20 something for them i also had the 100 rounders a real mother to load, you stick it in the gun and its gone but i had a hell of a time with mine but its gone now,I'm not sure if they still sell them i would keep them or put them ebay

I know they can't sell them new.. only if they were made pre ban.. I would love to have a 100 rounder whooo!

With the 22 being so easy to shoot, I bet they would be gone in a heart beat.

I got my stainless synthetic stock ruger for $125 new in the box, it hardly has any rounds through it but man they area fun to shoot.

The only thing, is that my kids are 7, 9, and 13.

They aren't allowed to shoot any automatics yet. I have a few 22mag single shot bolt action rifles (need to cock after bolt is closed). They plink those all day. I bought the mag version of the little chipmunk so they didn't get bored so easy. Those tiny little rifles with a 22mag really pack a wallop.

Heya Lykan - Howz you doing my friend? Drop me a PM as I just recently got back from my uuhh vacation. I couldn't mail out that stuff as I didn't have access to my pm's to get your addy.

IME the Ramline mags are utter crap(definitely the worse hi-caps) and I'm honestly not sure what they're worth but you'd have to give them to me..lol.. THeir's some good 10/22 hi-cap mags on the market like the Butler Creek HotLips (The metal lipped are the best on the market IME)mags. Even if you don't have problems with a 10/22 hi cap mag, IME the vast majority can't be serviced and it's difficult to repair the crappy plastic feed lips if they break or wear out. I recently picked up some metal-lipped 25round 10/22 mags @ Sportmansguide for $50ea and they kick ass so far. Also note that none of the quality 10/22 pre-ban manufacturers made mag capacity over 25 with the exception of the various rare drums. The Mitchell drums are the most common, fair market price is around $100 for a new 50rd drum.

Last time I used a Ramline 10/22 mag, It jammed so many times(in ways that could have caused serious injury) that I just threw the damn thing in the lake...lol. I couldn't imagine you'd be able to get through 50 rounds without jam problems.

I'm almost finished with my latest Custom 10/22...it's gonna be sick. Power Customs Titanium GrandMaster action kit. Hogue black OverMold synthetic stock, Green Moutain 20" Fluted(blued) match grade sporter barrel, Harris Bi-pod, black nylon sling and AR-15 style Red-dot sight.

EDIT - You should seriously sell that thing on E-bay my man. That would be AWESOME if you had a reliable 50rd mag but myself and most everyone I've talked to has had NOTHING but bad experiences with Ramline 10/22 mags in general but especially of that design. Not trying to burst your bubble, just being honest. I wouldn't be suprised if you could get $70-$100+ on fleabay for that as the 50rounders are VERY rare. HOpefully the ban will sunset come sept 14th and we wont have to worry about expensive hi cap mags for the most part.
