If it's the stock F4.1, the pullstart is the same as the S25. The part number is HPI1428. You will also need the screws to mount it to the backplate; HPI1427. Hope that helps!

thankyou
would you know the price and code number for the screws, and dose any one know part number for a hot bodies pull start for a hot bodies lighting stadium an 1/8 scale "RTR", thats if they do make them?

Doesn't that run the powerhouse 26?

This is the link to the powerhouse 26 starter: http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXJBN5&P=Z

Tower doesn't appear to carry much for that engine... the pull starter and the piston/sleeve.

Another $50 and you could buy a whole engine: https://www.ssl-stormerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/seekpart.pl?src=ns&pn=HOT28501

i like the tiger start not sure if they make one for the 4.1 but worth lookin into

ok lol
i went to order my part for my savage and the person who orded it said that iv'e got to use a tmaxx pull start??

Don't use a maxx pullstart! Totally different mounting size, not to mention part strength. It's rated for a smallblock, where the HPI is made for the bigger blocked engine.

Stick with what the parts call for in the manual; you won't be sorry.

The Maxx pullstart won't fit to start with. Just order the HPI one and be done with it.

Exactly. It won't fit the motors' backplate. Not to mention, the actual pullstart itself is not strong enough to withstand the HPI big block. You'd break that puppy in just a few tanks, if it lasts that long.

The HPI pullstart, on the other hand... I had one that outlived three engines (at least).
