While you're wrenching it all back together, take care not to break a nail.
Are you going with the Barbie 'Vette?

Oh you don't know the half of it. Everytime I scatch the rollcage (havn't clear coated it yet) my panties get ruffled. It's a horrible feeling.

Man, aren't you paying attention???? Pink Caddilac!

The truck is looking good Lessen, almost make me want to put some pink on my truck

I rewired the 4 Venom packs. I know they look kinda hokey with the stock wrap and label gone but oh well. They all had cut in the insulation within the first 1/4 inch of wire out of the end cap. I cut the end caps where the leads come out of so that the leads could exit up rather than out. Hopefully that will cut down on the wearing of the insulation.

Here she is standing on her own. I rebuilt the shocks the other night. They were actually in pretty darn good condition. Definitly a good Ebay score. The pink Losi springs are softer than stock and quite a bit shorter so it takes quite a bit of preload to keep her at a reasonable height. The shocks also need to be mounted all the way out on the a-arms in order to keep her up well. It's not like it's gonna see a lot of big jumps so the soft rate is really no big deal. I fixed the few scratches in the rollcage paint and put some clearcoat on it yesterday. I still need to finished gluing the tires (only did the insides so far... yes I'm chicken :) ) and rewire the ESC and charge leads. Then I just need to paint the body I suppose.

Hey, Lessen, you really did a great job on that. I think it looks super! No over kill, just enough to make it look really good.
Finally a car you can carry to the track without being embarrassed. It really suits your style.

You can also mask off the black end caps on the batts and paint the sleeves pink.

looks very girly...my daughter approves.....thanks Lessen now I have to make her a new RC18 body.....

Actually, those tubes are lexan. If you felt like it, you could pull the bottom cap off the pack and paint the tubes from the inside. Then re-assemble and clear shrink wrap them. I cannot remember who makes it, but it's called "pack wrap".

You could even go so far as to put a custom label on them, under the clear wrap.

<sigh> We now have 2 pink rides here and one designed to look like a junker on purpose. Seems it's become RC Bizarro Talk around here. Is the sky still blue?

....where did I put my meds????
