trim tab mount brackets

I run on flat water, so I'd like to do something like the sponsons..mad lizard not in business..so I'm thinking about kydex..

I also saw something about using windshield wiper blade springs for grate on water inlet..makes a tighter grate to keep debris out, I found out about that from a guy that runs one out west in rapids and had issues sucking up leaves at times.. you can see in last video about function of backflush to clear impeller of debris

Now the above video, the trim tab, and mounting has changed, there are inserts for trim tab mounting plates, so not molded In transom like first generation boats.

Yes it handles completely different than a prop driven boat with a rudder..kind of refreshingly diffrent..

Spare driveshaft, coupler, stuffing tube, aluminum wear ring and impeller, spare trim tabs and trim tab mount brackets and spare hull armor ordered. I'll plan on drilling a hole in the mount and drive and stuffing tube for ease of driveshaft greasing, and putting a grub screw in.

very similar to riverjet mods
