Both of my OS engine manual's suggest that you use 18% lube in your fuel. The 15 cv-r(x) and the 21 rg-X(p).
As for 10-20-30 nitro content, I've been using Trinity MHP 20% for 2 years without adverse effects. From what I've read, using 30% wears your engine faster due to bigger bang, but it makes it run smoother.
The nitro content is what keeps the engine running at lower rpms and is what gives you your pickup. Once you get past 1/2 throttle, nitro doesn't do much for you. It's all the pegging the throttle out of the corners in a race that gets you. But, if your racing, the first one out of the corners wins. For bashing, 20% will do you just fine and give you longer engine life.
I wouldn't suggest 10%. A friend of mine ran Traxxas top fuel 10% in is OS 21 RG on his maxx. It fried it in less than a gallon. Could be a lot of things, but regardless, he changed to the same fuel I'm running and hasn't had any problems since.
