When my engine Sirio S21 CLB7 STI is more then 50°C ( 122°F ) I have problems to start the engine. When the engine is cold its starts very well.
I use a RB7 plug and tornado fuel with 25% nitro. Thanks

How long you been running this motor, How many gallons of fuel? Have you tried setting the carb back to stock settings? Have you looked for any air leaks? A little more info and it will be easier to help.

I have run 1,5 gallon (5 liters) and I have the engine 1 month.
When the engine is started I can run without problems, the engine didn't die.
I Think that no fuel entered in the engine, because when I disconnected the tube from the carburator and put the engine on the startbox, no fuel came out of the tube. When the engine is cold, I didn't have that problem.

Well then I would start looking at air leaks in the tank could be O-ring for lid, could be Bad tank.
