problem with cc 1/18th brushless motor

i don't know if the motor got hot or what, but the endbell that the allen screws screw into and hold the motor to the motor plate is coming loose at the can, it looks like it was glued, maybe it got hot and the glue loosened up, the motor still runs good, just wondering if anyone had a idea of how to put it back on so that it will stay? it fits pretty tight, i can tap it on and it will for a while but it will eventually back off again.

another thing, this is in a duratrax vendetta that is exremely fast. almost too fast to control, anyone know of a good set of 1/10 onroad wheels/tires that stick really good?

try the hpi vintage series 31mm slicks or radials i put them on my rc18t and noticed a great difference in traction as compared to 26mm tires
