Rear bumper was trashed by a lot of very hard landings directly on it. Amazing it didn't break anything to be honest.

Printing the final iteration in tpu. Hope it holds up to more abuse or I can tweak it for more durability

well since i'm already recreating parts out of TPU i decided to try out the lower section as well and making one monolithic bumper, or maybe a 2 or 3 piece bumper with TPU and PETG. getting started with where the bumper mounts to the lower chassis

I should have paid attention to the orientation of the infill but I got lucky and it's pretty good at flexing against rear impacts. I forgot to clearance one of the bolts but that's and easy fix. Really impressed with this material.

Wheels still holding up. Having issues with my 3d printer after a firmware update so I can't get a good print of the front bumper I designed yet but the front and rear attachment points are identical so I stuck an incomplete rear bumper on the front. Looks a little weird because a large crack in pavement pulled it lower than it should sit.

Ran great. Front bumper was tested by myself and my 6 year old put two batteries through it. Cartwheels, landing dead on it's front, landing solidly on the rear. Everything held up great. Might expand the rear bumper to offer some support to the bodywork but ehhh. I'd rather just throw a MT body on it.
