Thank you sir . I want to upgrade to one of those motor/transmission combos from injora but since this one is a strictly trailing truck I don’t want crawler gears. Any suggestions?
I was going to change the tires but I really liked these Mickey Thompson tires so all I’m switching is the wheels.

Well, I done did it. One of the transmission screws got stripped, it was a bit tight but instead of going to the stock I kept on screwing it .
Have you guys been able to remove 1.5 stripped screws?
I’d appreciate any help.

I have had one that I couldn't get jewelers pliers to grab. I was finally able to get a torx bit to bite and back it out.

Sorry, I don't remember the exact size. I just tried several until I found one that would grab. But just a little larger sticks in my mind.

No problem, I might just upgrade the transmission, removing the plastic one would make it easier to grip that screw or to cut a slit to take it out with a flat head. We’ll see, at least the rig runs. I replaced the stock transmission gears for metal faster ones, that thing will be sweet on trails. I’m adding the last upgrades today.

Done with all that needed upgrading. I will do the transmission and motor later but I don’t think I’m going brushless.

I’m done upgrading this rig, I ended with lights and the injora motor/transmission combo with stock gears. It is a sweet little rig. It’s set mainly for trail running.
