I thought I could get a small enough drill bit at Home Depot but no dice. What size drill bit are you using?

Oh yea. I just use this hand drill set. I got it for my car models, but works great to hand tap holes in the roof.

Just got this. Radford type 62-2 Pikes Peak

I just went to like a garage type sale here in Quartzite AZ, (It's like a massive flea market here rn) there was a guy reselling Hotwheels for $5 each, I had a look, and in the bins I found at least SEVENTY treasure hunts. I ended up leaving with $30 of stuff (3 TH, 2 iD, and one unspun error) but man it was insane to see that many THs in one spot. The owner said he bought them wholesale from a friend who collected them. No wonder I barely ever find a TH, this guy had all of them. I'll get pics of the cars I bought shortly. One of the craziest parts was seeing THs that I had found in a store years ago again not in my collection. It blew me away. I may go back for more

Seeing an image of the Radford Peak car prompted me to post up pix of the Pike's Peak car from my collection. VW IDR.

Pikes Peak always a fav event of mine. Went there in 1964 when it was still unpaved. Thrilled seeing Parnelli Jones manhandle a big block Mercury monster. Like to see that car in HW. -AC
