man untchbl i think you have had just about every racing spec car made to date :D (in other words I'm SUPER jealous)
you'll have to give us a review on the jammin from the 2 people at our track that run them they just seem to be on rails the entire time, in fact the one guy is beating the buggy lap times with ease.

I'll post up a review thread very soon. the truck is pretty hooked up.

And don't be jealous, actually you should feel smart, that you haven't spent/lost the money that I have.

Here's my New CRT!

Here's my new CRT. I put a Collari B3 .21/JP1 Pipe in it with JR 9000T steering servo and JR 9000S throttle servo controlled by a Spektrum receiver.

You'll have to let use know what you think of that 3port. I'm curious. considering the 7 ports for next season in truggy.

I ran a B3 in my LSP, now its in my dads SP1. Great engine, tons of power. I found that if you run a low end pipe it had great torque, and pretty nice top end. A top end pipe destroyed my low end and I had similar top end. I heard the B3 didn't have much top end so I tired it with a top end pipe to help that out, but I would just go with a low end and your set.

say jp1ish or 2050? I've found the jp1 to be smoother.

I just don't know if the b3 will have enough punch for the truggy.

I love the servos, especially the throttle servo, it has a .06 speed rating at 6v. I use the Anti-Lock brake option on my 3PK and this JR 9000 servo allows a super-fast pulse rate for the ABS.

As far as the Collari, the jury is still out. I only got the break in done, I haven't really run it yet. I know it has limited top end, but our indoor track is small and you never get to exploit the top end of any motor. Low-end grunt is most important. Besides, I had the motor sitting around from an ebay auction. If I don't like it, I have a new V-Spec I'll throw in it.

I found the B3 has decent top end. Not the greatest, but decent. Its strong point is definetely low end.

untchbl, the B3 probably doesn't have the same punch the S5s have. The B3 does awesome in the SP1, but I could see how it could be lacking put on the track in a heavier truggy, although it is a great engine for its under 200 price tag.

Yeah, Bumps and Jumps is really a low end grunt kinda track! I think the B3 should be just about perfect there. Are you going to run there much this winter? I should be there with mine a few times at least.

Yeah, I race all winter at Bumps and Jumps, I live really close. Have you raced there yet this year? I usually race 1/8 scale, but I am going to start racing my CRT also. The Monster Truck/Truggy crowd is a little more laid back (more fun) the 1/8 scale guys are a little intense.

Been there last year, not this year yet. I usually run at Pit Stop Hobbies. Yeah, 1/8 buggy gets too intense, but i'll run my Storm there a couple times. I want to get my Ofna truggy ready for next year so i'll run that a couple times too. Wont be there till after the holidays though. How has the races been, by that I mean how well have they been run?

I ran the Collari tonight. It is has alot of torque with the JP1 but I think I'm having a carb problem. It was running great but then starting having erratic throttle, especially at the low end and when I would stop after a high speed run it would skip the high idle and go right to a low idle. The high and low end needles are set properly and there are no air leaks. I was thinking of trying the Carb off of my new V-Spec.

psnitro, I ran a few times at Pit Stop this past summer (1/8 scale), I didn't do too well since that was when I just got into it. Anyway, Bumps and Jumps has changed alot since last year. Most of the construction is done and there is a new layout. The races have been run pretty decent, I wish the marshals would pay a little more attention though.

Here's my LSP with new body and tires. I have not re-mounted the wing since i tore it off on the track bashing around.
