This guy has some pretty cool projects he has made out of paper. Check it out.
The talent is unbelievable. Can you just imagine the stuff people do that we don't' know about?

I like paper modeling with plastic! :thumbs-up: 🤣 I tried some paper modeling, but hated waiting for glue to dry, it's a lot harder than it you would think. There are some really cool paper models out there and some great builders.

I think about that every time I stumble onto something amazing like that! Like the people that don't post online.

I have ran into guys like that in my life. A guy I worked with made swords, knives, and even made miniature versions, as well as miniature guns that would actually fire bb's through 3 sheets of paper. The workmanship was exceptional, and the guns looked so real. Wood grips, metal barrels and frames, etc.

I discovered something the other day with crazy glue. I had a charge cable that had the rubber strain relief break. Worried the next thing would be the wires would get broke, I wrapped the strain relief with this fabric tape I have, and coated it with CA glue. It instantly started smoking, heated up, then quickly hardened like a rock. It was some chemical reaction with the CA interacting with either the fabric or the glue on the fabric. Whatever that combination of chemicals is would be awesome for paper modeling. Likely toxic. But it turned into a rock.
