Paint Rims

I want to paint the rims on my RS4-2. what's the best way to clean up the oil and dirt off them to get them ready for paint?Thanks

u could use some denatured alcohol and a cloth to wipe them off. there is a paint for plastic called Krylon Fusion. never tryied it, but I'm sure someone else has.
