Paint for Foam?

At least they call if foam. It's a very dense foam but it looks and feels like plastic. It needs to not harden where a little flex will cause it to crack. I was thinking about paint for lexan lids. Any ideas?

I painted a few foamie planes for a neighbor a few years back. Parma worked fine. It's flexible.

I would think any kind of waterbase should do the trick. Getting into laquers I would worry about it eating/melting the foam. +2 for Parma
