Depends which model. Paasche makes good quality brushes. I still have one myself. My other one is an Iwata which is good too. If you're going to buy one, just do yourself a favor and buy a dual action brush with different tip/needle sizes which will give you some variety to the types of paint and line thicknesses.
 
I used to use a Paache VL ,then I switched to an Iwata HP-CS night and day difference imo, I like the Iwata so much better. I also suggest a gravity feed over syphon feed brush whichever way you decide to go.
