all close on price, all have same characteristics (low/mid range). yes i will have 2 get a pipe that worx around that.

but basically pick which way i should go outta the 3, i wont go cheap on this if i do it. but i want somethin that lasts (tuning yes i know) but moreover is consistant day 2 day. once again i dont need a killer.

so its between those 3, and those 3 alone.

ur thoughts

I would have to agree with mike on this one. The P5 is one of the top race engines, and with that guy on ebay selling them for 210 you can't beat the price with a stick.

go to rbmods.net and buy a rbS5 off of there... they are modded and they will smoke off WS7II's on bottom end and on top for the same price as a WS7II

Chances are he chose those 3 because of price because he is prob on a budget. He also said that he only wants info on the 3 listed.

all 3 engines are 200-220 bux. thats where i'm lookin max 4 an engine.

i remember seeing a P5 for like 250+ but with those 3 id go with a P5 but it really depends on your track..

not sure if you understand much about porting, or about rb but its not possible to get more bottom end than the p5 and kick its ass up top, Rb buy novarossi's older tech and rework it, Rb basically turn novas off road porting into on road porting, hense why the rbs have poop low end and very very good top end, long stroke motors are very torgue down low but tend not to have the revs up high, i run ws72 and 421b novas 421b nova has more balls down low than you or me could handle so if this c5 has more than that its a waste of time but i doubt it will, and for that price mate you can keep it
21 C5 Offroad Worlds Buggy
[2004] $445.00

Please note that the ws7II just won the worlds and i must say is probably the best motor on the market for longativity and performance

Ult-

you will be very happy with the P5. Great bang for the buck. I have one in my Hyper 7 PCR and it rips. It is easy to tune, has insane low end power and has good top end. I run a 14th CB with the motor

I don't know much about the collari 3pt. A buddy of mine had I think it was a 5 port collari 380 or 400 or something like that. It had monsterous bottom end (more than the P5), but was a bit slower than the P5 on the top end. I'm not sure of this 3 port.

The RB S5 is an old engine with a new skirt. The 5 port "sport" engine is notorous for being pretty good on the bottom end but a real dog on the top.

The P5 is a great engine. Most places I race it's either a WS7 (very common), P5 or the VSpec. P5 has been around a long long time and is a proven race engine. The one thing you have to be real careful of it the needles. Adjust the needles 1/12th of a turn at most. A lot of guys out on the track crank is a 1/6th or a turn at a time and then bitch that it's hard to tune.
