out of tune?

just came in from running a tank through the GT2 and as usual it started beautifully. however, after a few laps in the parking lot i noticed that if it spun out the throttle would quickly surge and then go back to normal. is this a tuning issue or maybe something else? One other thing also. I just tried adjusting my rear shocks to make then stiffer,trying to improve front traction for cornering. Well my idea work like a dream and it handled so much better but after one tank my shocks are empty I noticed that it leaked everything out of the top of the shock. Did I blow the O-rings?

Update: found the issue with the shocks leaking. Apparently the caps are cheap plastic and they both cracked along the upper edge. Filled them up for another run and my gf finished them off while trying a 20mph triple lindie over a curb. Here are a for pics of the minor carnage.

LOL...LHS opens tomorrow at 11 AM. I wanted to get some today but they are closed on sun and mon. Besides, there's still a good mm or so of rubber there yet, lol.

??? new rear tires and 4 shock caps, metal this time of course. Unless your seeing something i'm not?
