OS 15 CV-rx on an Rc10

Hi there, I have an Os 15 cv-rx that I want to put on a blue frame Rc10gt. The motor is not the short shaft (s) version though. What do I need to make it work? Can I cut the shafy? Or replace it with the shorter one? Any help is much appreciated.

Some cranks can be cut down to use where the short crank is needed. Make sure when it's cut it doesn't eliminate the ability to retain the clutch bell. Mine just had extra thread length to cut off. Here's how I did mine(it was for a T-Maxx).

To be safe, stick the engine inside a ziplock, poke a hole in the bag with the shaft and cut it off, then the grinding dust doesn't get into your engine.
