Give opinions on spray painted 2.1 Stratus lid

Please give opinions on how this lid came out. This is the lid I'm using to start the new racing season in April down in Florida w/ NA & NcNitro. I used spray paint, since I still don't have an airbrush. This is the only way I know how to show the pic.

Thanx

Ok, right click on the picture of your car. Hit the properties tab. It should say

Address:

Highlight this part with the mouse, all of it making sure not to cut any off. (it wont be undlined under properties)

Then right click on the highlighted text, and hit "copy"

Then go to the post you are writing. Hit the IMG button.

A box shows up to type in. Right click in that area and hit the "paste" option then hit ok. When it is done it will look like this in your post.

Any questions PM me, this should work for any picture you can upload to the net.

BTW sweet looking lid :)

Where you going racing in Florida?

I've only painted 2 bodies that I used for racing silver, one was an old T Bird to run on a huge oval track/rental go kart track. The second was an all paint Kellogg's Iron Man car that the guy I painted it for could pay me.

Practiced in the daylight at the go kart place and the car was alittle tough to see at times. Ran the second heat under the lights, wide open off of two, down the backstretch and oh boy! Where the f%&* did it go  Never again will I paint a race body silver.

BTW, looks nice!

Looks good Team 17. I painted a Cadillac Escalade body with model spray paint and it came out real nice, the only problem is that if it gets cold the paint tends to start cracking and peeling off. Other then that The paint looks great. Also good luck in you upcoming season of racing.
