I would like to paint my sprint car - just to be different I guess. These bodies are not made of clear lexan, so it would be painted on the outside. I don't know what type of plastic they are made of.
Has anyone painted one of these or does anyone have any suggestions on what type or brand of paint would be good to use? I have had quite a bit of bad luck lately with Rustoleum getting "krinkly" with a second coat, maybe other brands of paint do this too?

With lexan you have to use flexible paints. I tend to stick to Tamiya as I have had bad luck with brands like Spaz Stix. It peeled off like I am assuming the Rust-Oleum did for you.

so Testors or RustOleum would probably work just fine.
