one way bearing cleaning

I've look for how to clean this thing everywhere on the site but cannot find it. can i use isopropyl alcohol to clean my OWB if not what else can i use that would be easy to get

some guys just use WD40 ..supposed to work well

yes ... spray it on the inside ..you should see the dirt come out ..its also good to spin it a bit on a shaft to make sure the bearings get cleaned on all sides ......then twist a rag and put it in the hole to wipe the bearings ...hope that helps

WD40 is not really a lubricant ..so its good ..WD= water displacement ..it lubes a bit but its more of a cleaner and a rust proofer
