On break-in on my engine do I leave the needles where they were from the factory? I plan to seal the engine with green goo for the needles and copper gasket for the carb and the pull start. Just wondering where I should put the needles when I put them back in. Thanks in advance. Jason

In most cases are the factory settings the best to run afterwards as well? I have read and watched tons of tuning which I know I am not even close to tuning yet. For the locktite, is it just for the metal to metal parts, right?

You will have to tune it to get it to make good power. There is a flowchart on here somewhere on how to tune. Works really well to follow it especially for a beginner. Yes, loctite on metal to metal only. Use the BLUE REMOVABLE stuff, not the red. If you use red, it takes a torch to get the screws out.

LMAO. I must be that easy to read. I must have used the copper liquid gasket on the bimmer last fall. But I have some ultra black. Does it matter if it is copper or not for sealing??

As long as it is a high temp RTV and is sensor safe, you should be okay.
