right about my lsn do i need to adjust it? if so how?? I'm sure i read that u leave that needle alone but I'm not sure like.

the screw it in my throttle lever i aint even noticed that before as its so small :opps: :loser:

so can u guys shed some light on this for me please please

thanx alot guys nf123:)

the lsn if good to adjust if need be, your thinking of the mid speed needle (msn)
that most everyone leaves alone

when your truck is up to temp pull your throttle to just halfway from a dead stop ...does the engine bog or hesitate?

Your LSN is responsible for fuel flow from idle to about half throttle. By leaning it (turning it clockwise) you can improve your initial throttle response. (This is one of the keys to those looking for the elusive Monster Truck Wheelie.) One simple test is the "pinch test". Start your engine and get it to running temperature. Then, pinch the fuel line. Your engine should idle for 4-5 seconds. Then the rpms should quickly increase and the engine should die. If your engine doesn't increase in rpm, and dies quickly, the LSN is too lean. If it takes a much longer time for the engine to die, or the rpms slowly increase until the engine dies, you're too rich. Usually the pinch test gets you real close to ideal LSN setting.

That's hard to say. There are also a ton of other variables involved. Weight of the truck. Stiffness of the suspension. Weight distribution. Tires. Surface you're running on. Gearing. Clutch settings. Ride height. All those come in to play. And I'm sure there are a lot more. Proper tuning goes a long way in getting wheelies, but it's not the only solution.

Besides, wheelies are cute every once in a while. But it's damn hard to steer when the nose is in the air.

ok i was reading through the manuel that came with my car the other day and all that caught my eye was

'how to adjust the low speed needle' wtf wtf the guy in the shop were i bought it from said there is no lsn only a hps.

in all onestly i didnt even know i had 1 he said i never so i thought it werent like.

the manuel
says its inside the throttle lever so i thought ok ill check it out so i did there is a screw inside the throttle lever but it really really small now way as big as the hsn i try to turn it clockwise and anticlockwise but it only turns about quater either way. hummmmmmm

i dont know what to do guys I'm thinking to myself that aint the lsn i tought i never had 1

questions :

if it is a lsn isit usuall to only turn it quater of the turn either way

if its not what could it be

I'm so confused i dont have a clue wat to do about it when i drive my car it runs fine so i really dont know what to do

thankyou very much for any input

if your motor is running fine then let it be ,but search for LSN setting or pinch test and that will tell you what to look for as to how the motor will react to adjustments to it ,hsn remeber to adjust in clock type increments ,a 1/12 of a turn at a time ,

got it racing

i bet ya can't see anything in those pics lol

thanks for info does any1body disagree with racing if so why ???????
