hb lightning? how good is that and how much?

i was gonna spend my tax return on my micro, but that'll be nice to run in the winter, or later on in the fall when i have marching band. but for now, i have 150 towards a buggy! not much, but it's a start. first couple of 40 hour summer paychecks go into the bank for some stuff for my car, then the rest, it's hammer time!! (sorry, mc hammer flashback...:trashed: :wasted: ) hmmmm, what buggy to get, anyone got some links to some reviews?

thanks!

Keep saving if you want a Lightning Pro 2. They are $469 w/out motor or radio most places. I've never bought anything there, but maybe you should check out the "for sale/trade" threads. Maybe someone there will make a deal including some trading stock you might already have w/ or w/out that cash. Preferably w/out. Then you can sped that on hop-ups.

i'm seriously thinking about getting a savage now, i can get a buggy next spring if need be.

hopefully i can make my own roll cage, but we'll see.

thanks for all the help!

maybe a t-maxx 2.5, but i've heard a lot of bad things about that engine running hot.

if you got the buck, spring for an x-terminator deluxe, 9.5 violator, or hyper 7 pbs. i'm getting one of them over the summer probably:w00t:

I say get a savage they're one of the best, and i personally do not like T-maxx's at all!!!

Associated RC10GT here... Harrisburg area has a few good shops to get stuff from.. so pick some wheels that you can get the parts for, locally.. and check out http://www.bumpsandjumpsrc.com out in Etters... only 10-15 south of the burg...
