I think that it is essentially the NTC3. THe auto start and failsafe are appealing but I trust the Associated line of products. I have the NTC3 and I think that it is such a clone of the NTC3!!! Copies are never that great. But that is my opinion. Who knows it may be a good car? Who am I to discourage someone from getting into a great hobby!!!

The LD3 is a decent car. The engine is lacking at only .5 HP. The Two speed definitly makes a difference. The Red Head is known for running hot. Other than that its a nice ride. Suspension is easy to set up. If you can wit and save a few more dollars up the PRO is a much better choice. It comes with alot of the hop-ups that your going to want anyway.
